A Note from the Founder
I built GBGC after spending my career watching capable teams and well-intended strategies struggle in execution, not because people lacked effort or expertise, but because the work itself lacked clarity, deliberateness, and the structure to hold up over time. Across enterprise, military, and advisory roles, I led and supported complex initiatives where planning discipline, accountability, and follow through were not optional. They were the difference between progress and stalling.
My background taught me to value preparation and purpose before action. When work gets complex or conditions change, teams do not need more urgency. They need clarity on what success means, the structure to execute reliably, and the discipline to follow through. I spend time understanding the problem before chasing solutions. I consider second and third order effects, then help teams build operating systems that hold up under real conditions.

Over time, I saw a consistent pattern: organizations do not need more ideas or frameworks. They need practical structure that helps leaders make better decisions, align around priorities, and execute with confidence. GBGC exists to help leaders restore momentum and execute with consistency, without unnecessary complexity, disruption, or blame.
In most organizations, influence matters more than authority, so I focus on clear ownership, practical decision structures, and operating rhythms that teams can sustain. Strong execution is not something you install. It is something you build deliberately, over time.
