We help Leaders and Teams execute with consistency

GBGC exists to restore momentum and build the operational discipline that turns strategy into sustained progress.

Why We Exist

We've watched good strategies lose momentum in execution. We've seen strong teams struggle not because they lacked effort or intelligence, but because the work itself lacked clarity, deliberateness, and durability.

Across enterprise, government, and advisory roles, we've led and supported complex initiatives where planning discipline, accountability, and follow-through weren't optional - they were the difference between progress and stalling.

A consistent pattern emerged: organizations don't need more ideas or frameworks. They need practical structure that helps people make better decisions, align around priorities, and execute with confidence.

What we do

We help leaders restore momentum and execute with consistency. Our work focuses on three interconnected areas:

  • Clarifying execution — understanding how work actually gets done
  • Strengthening discipline — building planning and execution rhythms that stick
  • Operating with consistency — helping organizations align decisions and reduce friction

We don't impose one-size-fits-all solutions. We partner closely with owners and leadership teams to build operating rhythms, processes, and decision structures that fit their reality and support how they want to grow.

Our Mission

To help organizations build the clarity, discipline, and operational rhythms that transform strategy into consistent execution.

"Strong execution isn't something you install. It's something you build deliberately, over time."

Our Philosophy

This belief is at the core of how we work and why GBGC exists. We're not interested in disruption for its own sake or in assigning blame. We focus on clarity, consistency, and practical progress—without unnecessary complexity.

Our Values

Our Founder

Graham Glaser is the owner of GBGC, where he works with owners and leadership teams who care about execution, not just ideas. With more than two decades of experience across enterprise, military, and advisory environments, he brings a grounded, practitioner’s perspective to operational improvement.

Graham led complex initiatives in these environments spanning business process optimization, compliance and risk management, organizational analysis, and large‑scale technology implementations, often in environments where clarity, accountability, and follow‑through mattered as much as the strategy itself.

GG Headshot (Casual) No Background

Before founding GBGC, Graham held senior leadership and advisory roles in both the private sector and the U.S. Air Force. In industry, he supported and led major operational initiatives at Chesapeake Energy, including enterprise technology implementations, regulatory compliance programs, and organizational capability assessments. In the Air Force, he served in command and executive leadership roles, where disciplined planning, ownership, and execution were essential to mission success – the experience that shapes how he approaches execution today.

Graham brings real operational experience and a belief that strong execution develops through consistency and discipline, not external imposition. He partners closely with owners and leaders to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to their organizations, without unnecessary complexity, disruption, or blame. His focus is not on prescribing one‑size‑fits‑all solutions, but on helping organizations operate with greater confidence, consistency, and effectiveness as they grow.

Graham holds an MBA from Oklahoma State University and a BBA from Texas Christian University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
